20 Years of Exclusive Experience of Solar Renewable Projects which Includes Design, EPC, Liaisoning & Installation of Rooftop and Ground Mounted Solar Projects. This includes Land Procurement, Diversion, PPA with Government, Project Approvals (CEIG/State Electricity Board), Land Development, Project Installation, Evacuation Line Laying, By Creation and Metering.
Procurement Expertise in Recommended, Mandatory, High value insurance Spares and Overhauling Spares to maintain the plant availability and future planning w.r.t. Obsolescence of system with specialization in indigenization of high value & critical spares.
Expertise in overhauling activities of the plant including Combustion Inspection, Minor & Major Overhauls of Plants. Routine Preventive & Breakdown Maintenance, PTW system for plant O&M etc. We have good experience in configuration and devising Plant Preventive Maintenance Schedule using computerised Maintenance System Like BFS++, SAP etc.
Experience in establishing IMS System for Major Power Sector including ISO 9001, 14001, 18001, ISO 17025 for Laboratory Accreditation & Safety Norms.
Expertise in Customization & Development of ABT systems of L&T for operation of the plant in ABT Regime and Reduction in penalties like UI Charges etc.
Engineering, Design & Procurement of various Instrumentations (Analytical Instruments, PLC, SCADA System, Weather Monitoring System, Turbivisory Equipments like Displacement Sensors Expansion Sensors etc, Vibration Analysis System, Pressure Level, Temperature Sensors, Control Devices like CV, Servo Valves, LVDT/Position Feed Back Transmitters, Power Devices like Inverters/Chargers/Synchronising devices etc).
Review of the P&iDs & Systems, Interlock Protections, Tuning of Control Loops etc.
